2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process: When you make a booking, you authorize us to reserve the travel arrangements on your behalf with the relevant Supplier.

While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. 3. Supplier Terms and Responsibilities

When you book, you agree to be bound by the Supplier's own terms and conditions and privacy policies, which may include cancellation penalties, check-in times, baggage allowances, and other restrictions. We recommend you review these terms, which are usually available on the Supplier's website.

We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from their services.

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members in your party have valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and other health documentation required for your trip. We provide general information as a courtesy, but requirements can change. You must verify this information with the relevant embassies or consulates.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• By You: Cancellation and change requests must be made in writing such as an email. The ability to cancel or change a booking is subject to the specific terms of the Supplier and the fare or rate you booked. Many bookings, especially flights, are non-refundable or carry substantial penalties if insurance and guarantees aren’t purchased. If a refund is due from a Supplier, we will process it back to the original payment method, minus any applicable service fees charged by us.
• By Us or Suppliers: On rare occasions, a Supplier may cancel or change a booking (e.g., flight schedule changes or hotel overbookings). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our role is to assist you in finding alternatives, but we are not liable for any resulting costs, losses, or damages incurred.

6. Travel Documentation and Check-In

It is your responsibility to arrive at the airport with ample time before departure, to present all required travel documents (e.g., tickets, visas, passports), and to comply with all airline check-in and security procedures. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding, for which we are not liable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelScravel.com an AuropaTech LLC company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your travel arrangements or your use of our Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your booking is limited to the amount of the fees we actually received from you for the booking in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TravelScravel.com harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TravelScravel.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, Florida State and all territories without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami, Florida USA.
